A mobile loyalty app that replaces lost paper cards with QR check-ins, a digital shop, offers and in-store remittance — for both customers and staff.
THE CHALLENGE
A busy grocery store was losing track of paper loyalty cards and had no easy way to run promos, manage members or handle remittance at the counter.
OUR SOLUTION
We built a mobile app with two modes — Customer (loyalty card, QR, shop & offers) and Owner/Staff (scanning, members, promos and reports) — so the whole loyalty and remittance flow lives in one place.
